All you have to do is take the bus. No one forces you to buy insurance if you don’t own a car.
Unlike health care you can choose to not buy a car and not have to pay for auto insurance.

You’re forced to buy auto insurance because when you get into a car and drive, there is a chance that you may hit someone elses car… or hit someone else. The country decided that the person you might accidentally hit deserves some protection, so they force you to buy insurance to protect them if you screw up.
You’re forced to buy medical insurance because if you get sick or badly injured you WILL require medical attention and the country decided that we don’t want people receiving it if they aren’t paying for it any more.
You wouldn’t be forced to buy medical insurance if:
1. You could reliably promise that you would not seek medical services you couldn’t pay for…
or
2. Hospitals and providers were allowed to turn you down and leave you dying if you couldn’t pay for it.
How else could trial lawyers profit from auto accidents?
You can post a bond or not drive (eg use public transportation or get rides). Posting a bond is a great idea because you make money rather than pay it.
If this is a rhetorical question which tries to make the point that somehow health insurance makes medical costs just outright disappear, you are wrong and ignorant. Nobody gets out of paying for other peoples’ medical costs with health insurance. Whether paying for others’ medical costs through taxes or insurance, you are paying them just the same. If you cannot understand that then you are real dumb about money.
You are not forced to buy auto insurance. If you don’t own a car, you don’t have to have auto insurance. Also, in my state if you can prove that you have enough money to self insure your vehicle then you don’t have to buy insurance. If you are an illegal alien you don’t have to buy auto insurance. (Trust me on that one. I’ve been hit twice by illegals without insurance and nothing happened to them).
Insurance company’s lobbied law makers with money, to get this law passed. It resulted in a huge profit for Ins. Co’s.
To lobby a elected official, should be a treasonous act, and the lobbyist should be tried to the fullest extent of law.
